- Description: The Mayenzeke Clinic required expansions to make provision for an integrated TB model and HIV care, including anti-retroviral therapy. The City of Health Department funding internal charges to improve patient flow and increase allocated space for staff, administration, storage and a pharmacy.

The project was constructed using conventional building materials, concrete, steel, brick work and timber.

St Vicent Clinic

- Description:the coct required a mechanical and electrical engineer to attend to full services of engineering to manage from inception to handover. The new infrastructure needed to accommodate good airflow through natural ventilation of mechanical ventilation for air pressure changes.The relocation of the current tb facilities and design of new waiting rooms for adult patients were required. The new facilities consist of consulting, dst rooms, toilets for tb patients, waiting area and store room. It also increased the receptions/records rooms and created a separate area for paediatrics and adults.
Sea Point Pavilion Swimming Pools

Parow North Public Swimming Pool

- Description: The Parow North Swimming Pool facility required an upgrade of the swimming pool and the administration building. The architectural design allows universal access for public disposal. Through the investigation of the filtration system and CSIR clean healthy water was provided to the public.
Observatory Community & Recreational Facility

- Description: Observatory Community and Recreational Facility required space planning for recreational activities as well as other social development activities. Assessments were conducted to provide suitable solutions to meet all administrative special requirements. The facility was approximately 120 years old before the restoration of this project therefore close management with heritage consultants were required to ensure the facility kept the look and feel of the 18th century.

Heideveld Community Health Centre

- Description: The new Klipfontein Emergency Centre Hub at the Heideveld Community Health Care Centre was designed to ensure continuing of emergency core services during the recasting and redevelopment of GF Jooste Hospital.  The Emergency Clinic provided space to accommodate 30 observation beds, 12 treatment bays, 4 spaces in rehabilitation area of which are for paediatric service. The new facility is 2300m².
Blue Water Chalets

Bellville Library

- Description: The works entails the removal of existing chilled water piping in order to create room to remove the two air cooled chillers from the roof building. All removing was in accordance with the Montreal and Kyoto Protocols. Also required was the supply and installation of two new Air Cooled Chillers.
Vaalfontein Solid Depot

- Description: Vaalfontein Solid Waste Management is one of the oldest Depots situated in Old Main Road, Firgrove, Helderberg. The Depot compromises of a main building and a steel structure portal frame cladded with absorb sheets. During the upgrades the existing portal frame was demolished and replaced with boardrooms, 2 store rooms, a wash bay for the refuse trucks and a wash bay for the bins. The male and female ablutions in the main building was structured and revamped which included a disabled toilet, provided better and bigger mess rooms and locker rooms. The project was successfully completed 3 weeks ahead of schedule.
